I found several library blogs that look interesting but I did not pick them since they were not updated for weeks or even months. One of the blogs that I liked is the Lincoln County Library in Oregon, Lincoln County Library District. The blog is updated very frequently, the fonts are clear and colorful which might draw the public attention. It is very organized; every link in the blog opens in a new window, which makes it easier to find or go back to the home page. The bolg allows adding comments. The search bar makes it easier to navigate the blog. There is a link to the library OPAC and to the latest library updates; there is also an Interesting Links section. Library contacts are on top of page for easy access.
Another library blog that I like is the Redwood City Public Library blog, Redwood California; it is very organized and updated very frequently. It includes age sections, kids, young adults, adults, and seniors. The Contact information, FAQ, and other services are easily accessible. It got tutorials, links to the catalog and accessible online materials. It is also updated very frequently.

Hala, I agree with you that linking to blogs in a new window is a nice feature. It makes it so much easier to navigate and compare and even to copy and paste.
Hala, I liked the Redwood City Public Library Blog. The Twitter post today on the blog is great! Thanks for sharing this.
